While the existing platform served its purpose, development team saw the potential for a more robust solution. To ensure a seamless transition and leverage valuable user context, I embarked on a deep dive:
Building the User Journey: To craft an intuitive user experience, I constructed user flows. This mapped out the navigation paths for each user role (super admin, contract manager, etc.) within the web app.
Information Architecture: A detailed information architecture became the blueprint for the web app. This intricate structure defined the organization of content and access permissions for each user role, ensuring users find the information they need quickly and efficiently.
Prototyping: With the information architecture in place, I transitioned to creating wireframes. These low-fidelity mockups served as the foundation for user testing.

We developed a comprehensive Web App that caters to different user roles, including super admin, contract manager, contract client, client site manager, and remedial actions contractor. The Web App has streamlined various processes and made them remote, enabling users to order inspections, complete surveys, order and send tools, create quotas, and make payments conveniently. Our aim was to simplify the entire process and make it easily accessible for all users.
In addition to the web app, we developed a mobile app that streamline the inspection of fire control dampers. This app make it easy for engineers to perform checks on automatic dampers in all HVAC systems, and will be integrated with the LEXI sensor detector. The mobile app is home to an intelligent system that can provide engineers with recommendations based on the inspection data collected.
