The challenge presented by Elite Amenity was to create a solution that could cater to their network of buildings, each with unique services. To tackle this, I conducted extensive research and looked at examples of similar problems and their solutions. After analysing different approaches, I found a solution where each building has a unique code and the user must specify this code during registration.
I created the information architecture for the mobile app and then proceeded to develop wireframes and UI design using Material UI component library. I followed a similar design process for the web app development. By utilising best practices and implementing innovative solutions, I was able to create a comprehensive B2C solution that allows residents of elite buildings to seamlessly book different services, while also providing service providers and building managers with a platform to manage and track these activities.

We developed a Web Admin App catering to service providers, concierge, and management department. Service providers can easily add information about their services and event capabilities, specify internal and user durations, and highlight specialist services. They can also create a specialist and add their work schedule. The concierge can book events for the users, and the Web Admin App facilitates the management and billing of services, along with managing all users of the system.
For the Mobile App, we created a service and event feed for users to choose services based on their interests. Users can book a specific priced service or opt for a service with a range of prices and fill in details about their personal situation. They will receive a reply with a check to be paid within 24 hours. This easy-to-use app simplifies the booking process for users and streamlines service providers' management of their offerings.
